These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Vibes Fitness & Wellbeing and You (hereinafter: ‘the Member’)
Membership & Payment
The member is responsible for the payment of their membership. This is set up via Direct Debit, using the MindBody services, they adhere to strict GDPR regulations. If you wish to cancel your membership, you do so via MindBody. You are not tied into a contract.
Our liability waiver is available on the MindBody service under your account. This must be signed before you start using the studio.
Lost Property or Theft
Vibes Fitness & Wellbeing does not take responsibility for loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any items left on Vibes fitness & Wellbeing premises will be kept for a period of two weeks before being disposed of.
Access & Security
Vibes Fitness & Wellbeing is open Monday to Friday 6am – 11am, 1pm – 2pm, 3pm – 8pm (apart from Friday, with a close of 7pm). Saturday and Sunday 8am – 12pm, with the exception of bank holidays and exceptional circumstances, when times may vary. Classes are available according to times stated in the Vibes Fitness & Wellbeing booking system. Classes and instructors are subject to change with no prior notice.
Access to the studio between the hours of 6am - 10am, 5pm – 8pm and Sundays (outside Mabel’s Emporium’s operating hours) is gained via the side entrance door. For the hours between 10am and 5pm members are to use (Mabel’s) the main entrance.
Children in the studio
You are welcome to bring your children along to your sessions. They are to remain in reception area of the studio, where seating is available. They are not to climb on the PowerPlates or play with any of the studio equipment. They remain your responsibility whilst in the studio.
